Brand Works undertook a substantial project to rejuvenate 12 Clarks stores across the UK and Isle of Man, transforming outdated interiors into modern, customer-centric spaces. The core of the project involved applying architectural film to an array of fixtures, including shelves, shoe stands, and tables, as well as revamping signage.
To achieve the desired fresh aesthetic, a meticulous approach was essential. Many of the existing furniture pieces exhibited signs of wear and tear, with surfaces that were uneven or textured.
To ensure a seamless and long-lasting finish,our team undertook a rigorous preparation process. This involved a detailed assessment of each piece followed by targeted sanding to create a smooth, primed surface. This painstaking attention to detail was crucial for achieving optimal adhesion of the architectural film and ensuring the finished product met the high standards expected of both Brand Works and Clarks.

The project presented significant logistical challenges, particularly in coordinating site surveys for 12 stores spread across the UK, including the Isle of Man. Meticulous planning and efficient project management were essential to overcome these obstacles. By deploying four dedicated installation teams, we were able to complete the entire project within a tight nine-day timeframe, minimizing disruption to Clarks’ operations.
